Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: At the top of our Polaris Adventures webpage, click the button that says, “Click here to rent a UTV/Side x Side!”  

Select the type of machine you would like to rent and the location you want to rent at.  

Choose your date(s), add it to your cart, and complete payment.  

Multi-day discounts are available on all side x side rentals, at all locations, all the time!  10% off 3+ days consecutive, 20% off 5+ days consecutive

You can keep the side x side where you are staying overnight as long as you drive it from our location. You must provide the address and/or name of the lodging for where you will be staying with your rental.  

Complete the required Waiver that is linked in your email confirmation. This can also be done on-site when you check-in. Then you are ready for your adventure! 

Q: Can I trailer a UTV/Side x Side to a different location or to the place I am staying at? Do you deliver them? 

A: No, we do not allow the side x sides to be trailered, and we do not deliver them to other locations. For use from our locations only.  

Q: What kind of gear is included or available for rent? What attire do you recommend for riding? 

A: Helmets and goggles are provided for your convenience and safety while riding. Wear clothing that you are comfortable in. Dress for the weather, you might get a little dusty, dirty, and/or muddy!  

All riders should wear tennis shoes or boots. 

Q: Where and how far can go with my side x side rental? 

A: You can drive the side x sides on any marked trail or ATV/OHV route up to 60 miles away from our location. The major trail system in the area is the Prospector Loop Trail which provides exciting and scenic riding between the towns of Ely, Babbitt, Embarrass, and Tower. 

Every rental will be supplied with a paper copy of the trail map. 

Renters can download the Polaris Ride Command app from your app store.

Q: What is the difference between a UTV and an ATV? 

A: UTV: Utility Terrain Vehicle - Seats passengers side by side. 

ATV: All-Terrain Vehicle - Seats passengers front to back. 

Q: Does my rental include fuel?  

A: Side x side rentals will come with a full tank and need to be returned with a full tank, or it will be filled up upon return on site. The customer is responsible for paying for the fuel that is used. 

Q: Is insurance included with my Polaris Rental? 

A: Yes. All Polaris rentals come with Standard Protection. 

Standard Protection is a $1,000 Maximum Out-of-Pocket cost in the event of damage.  

For an additional $15, you can upgrade your protection to our Premium Protection. Premium Protection is a $500 Maximum Out-of-Pocket cost in the event of damage. This can be added during booking, or it can be added at the time of check-in on-site.
