Job Description
Come work for the Best of the Best! Your Boat Club is hiring Customer Service Associates to assist with our Customer Service & Rental Team!
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls, respond to web and email inquiries (8AM to 9PM)
- Willing to work from 15 hours a week – Up to 40 hrs available!
- Assist customers with specific inquiries and needs
Job Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be a fast learner and possess aptitude to problem solve
- Ability to multitask – some days can be fast paced due to weather, holidays, promotions, etc.
