There are a lot of boat rental companies or options in most popular vacation destinations. Being passionate about getting people on the water, we took a deep look at boat rentals and how they work and identified these common complaints, frustrations or issues:
Communication and booking challenges
The quality, condition, and age of rental boats are inconsistent and often disappointing.
Missing or broken equipment and accessories (depth finders, bimini or sun tops, tables, ladders, etc.) are a common theme
Frequent last-minute cancellations due to boat or staffing issues
