Boating Parameters: Cannot boat North typically due to safety hazards, and as far South as Prescott. Boaters are not permitted to go into the Mississippi River. Can go to Hudson, WI.

AMENITIES

  • Parking: Parking is available on the West side of the Wolf Marine building, staff will direct you. Can unload by the boat house.

    Check In: At the blue boat house to the right of Wolfe Marine.

  • Tubing is allowed for members only at this location (Not allowed for renters).

    Tube & rope is available for members with a boat reservation, at no additional cost with annual membership.

    Rental and member boat reservations will come with a full tank of gas. This is separate from the boat rental cost and you will be charged for the fuel you use on your trip upon your return.

Welcome to YBC on the St. Croix River! Located between the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota, the St. Croix offers miles of pristine beauty, peaceful solitude and outstanding fishing for almost every species in the Midwest. Be aware that high water levels in the spring and after high rains can produce unpredictable and swift currents and moving debris such as logs, docks, whole trees and other wayward items. Low water levels can introduce hazards such as stumps and rocks both above and below the water’s surface. Check out our Fleet Sheet!

Boat over to The Dock Stillwater for a tasty meal with great view of the lift bridge. This lively lakefront restaurant has something for everyone, from specialty cocktails to juicy burgers—they’ve got you covered.

Take a cruise down to Lakeside Park or Browns Beach to enjoy spacious, relaxing beaches. You can find a shady spot under a tree or soak up the sun on the soft sand.

The clean water and variety of underwater habitats on the St. Croix create great fishing opportunities. You’ll find plenty of smallmouth bass in the area, along with walleye, muskie, and more. Stop by the nearby Holiday Gas Station for live bait.

sightseeing

Explore the iconic Stillwater Lift Bridge, embark on a trolley tour, or learn about the area’s rich history with a guided walking tour. For nature enthusiasts, hiking trails offer great views that showcase the beauty of the surroundings.
