• If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at 612-208-1800.

• If you cancel 14 or more days in advance of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.

• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days before your reservation you will receive a 50% refund.

• There will be no refunds or credits for no shows.

  *No shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
