Come visit Your Boat Club on the St. Croix River!
With an abundance of restaurants, activities, and lodging options, the St. Croix is a great destination for you and your loved ones!
Your Boat Club is located next to Wolf Marine, right off the intersection of 96 and St. Croix Trail N next to beautiful Downtown Stillwater! Our location makes it easy for you to enjoy a super fun morning, afternoon, full-day or weekend in Stillwater.
If you’re looking for a tasty breakfast or some hot coffee before your boat outing, try out the popular Oasis Cafe with traditional breakfast favorites like pancakes, egg dishes, and other delicious meals. A little further from downtown (but worth the drive!) is Not Justa Cafe, known for their gigantic pancakes and cozy aesthetic.
When you’re on the water, the sky is the limit: the St. Croix river is vast and gorgeous in all seasons. If you’re hungry but looking to maximize your time on the water, consider stopping at PD Pappy’s, a popular lakeside restaurant right in Stillwater.
Exploring downtown on foot is a great activity as well! There are many local shops, restaurants, and other attractions to stop at. There are places for art lovers, like a unique bead shop called Art’n Soul, and multiple art galleries, including: Stillwater Guild Art Gallery, Galeria Saro, and Indigo Creek Gallery. While you’re exploring downtown, be sure to walk the Historic Stillwater Lift Bridge, which used to connect Stillwater to Hudson but is now a historic icon downtown that you can walk over.
For all of you thrifty antique-goers, check out these great places: Midtown Antique Mall (which is three stories of vintage and antique goods!) Stillwater Antiques Mall, or the highly-rated Staples Mill Antiques. There’s also something for all of you boating bookworms out there – try out Valley Book Store for popular reads, new and old (and while you’re there, grab a coffee at the cafe!) or Black Letter Books, a rare & used bookstore. If you’re looking for some delicious grub, Downtown Stillwater definitely has you covered. It is a hub for highly-rated restaurants, and you should be able to find a place for any craving. There are almost too many restaurants to recommend, so we’ll pick some of our personal favorites: Nacho Mama’s for it’s Mexican food and margaritas and Leo’s Diner for it’s classic 60’s diner-feel (not to mention diner classics like burgers, fries, and shakes).
If you’re looking for delicious cocktails and an on-vacation feel, The Tilted Tiki is the place for you, offering good eats, great cocktails, and live music. There’s also a brewery off of Main St. called Maple Island Brewing, which features an extensive beer list and free popcorn with the purchase of a flight!
If you have a full-day boat rental, consider heading to Hudson where you can dock at Lakefront Park, which is a great place for serene views of the river, public walkways and tables, and quick access to downtown. Hudson is also a major hub for popular establishments, with more extensive dining and shop destinations!
